Problems with search
All,

Search works ok from the home page. But when used on any other page (Category) it always returns the user to the Advanced Search Page.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Hi!

Sounds like you are not passing in query=searchterm to search.cgi.

your right , i don't see this in the query string. How would i go about correcting this.

Easiest way is to look at one of the default template sets (or your working templates) and make sure your

<FORM>
stuff....
</FORM>

Is the same and that you are using "query" and not "term" in the tags.
