Is there a mod or option in links sql to display search results in a numerical listing. Also, can I specify which links i want to come up first if certain keywords are typed in?

I'm not sure what you mean by numerical order.
The other mod, is a bit more complex, but you could simulate it by adding a field to which you put the "hot" keywords, and you weight that field 100 (for example) Since searches are returned by score, that would put those links at the top of any search for those words.
