Hi, I'm new in using links sql, I just want to know is there alternate categories mod, just like in links 2.0, if there is mod for alternate cat, can someone in this forum help me to show that mod. Thanks. :)

It's built into Links SQL (Categories > Related in the admin), but it has problems with the build sort order. I expect that will work much better in the upcoming release.
