Yes...
Some people have reported problems in trying to do it on a regular basis, but the Upgrade includes one import by Alex, so if you are Upgrading... the answer is "YES!!"
If you are trying to run a Links 2.0 database along side a Link SQL database and continually import data, the answer is "yes"
