Is there a quick way to e-mail all contacts in a particular category? When I go to E-Mail>Links Owners, I can't seem to find an easy way to search for all Links Owners in, say, the category called "Awards."

How can I do this?

Hmm... I think the problem is that I want to e-mail all links in a category that only contains alt-links. Thus when I saerchby category, nothing shows up. Is there any way to search alt-links or include them in the category search to e-mail?

The next version will contain a fix for the alt-links, and maybe will contain a fix for this as well. There have been a few issues on emailing that have been mentioned since the 1.11 release came out, and Alex has I'm sure taken some of them into consideration as well.

It's really hard to wait, but any "custom" changes you make to the basic configuration of the program at this point may be obviated or incompatible with the next release. External .cgi programs that work through the database won't be, but changes to the links core routines will most certainly be different.

The email routines were sort of primitive, and I'm sure they will be upgraded with the effort he's spent on creating a whole web-mail system as well.
