for each page of subcategory will given a folder in number such as 1,2,3. How can I change it into meaningful wording such as financial_company?

Do you mean changing it so that the pages are not labeled index.html, more2.html, etc, but instead named based off of their cateogry names? This wouldn't be trivial to implement, and would involve making changes to several parts of nph-build as well as other scripts.
