how can I check duplicates in the Validate db? The link
/localhost/cgi-bin/links/admin/admin.cgi?db=Validate&do=check_duplicates is not working.

I would recommend looking at the various duplicate Mods that are found in this forum. I would recommend checking duplicates prior to submission into the Validate table.

Hi Eliot,
I have seen these mods. But I would prefer a way, to delete them later. Many people make double submissions, only to correct the spelling. They realize it, when the confirmation page is shown. ( e.g. Title = Dr. )
If this correction is refused, our staff has to make the correction manually and that costs a lot of time.
Maybe there is a way to check duplicates before validation.
