I have modifed the category templates. The sub categories aren't being displayed aligned. In the template all I can see is the code <%cateogry%>. How do I control the way the sub categories get displayed?

You can edit the subcategory.html file, and you need to tweak the routines in the build_cat area of nph_build.cgi

There is some embedded HTML in the nph_build.cgi and page.cgi files that need to match the changes or tweaks you make the subcategory.html file -- ie: if your subcategory.html is a self contained module, or if it begin/ends with TR tags, rather than TABLE tags, etc.
