Where can I modify the way that the Categories appear on the home page? Font Size, Spacing, etc.

Two in two days...

The category listing is generated in the print_cat subroutine in the HTML_Templates.pm file. That uses the subcategory.html template to format the individual entries.

subcategory.html is similar to the link.html file, but you need to remember that there is framing HTML code (and column code) that is inserted in the subroutine.

More complext layouts require you to modify both of those, not just the subcategory.html

If you just want to change fonts, and the tags, then that's the only file you need to edit.
