I would like to know if it possible to add a link without subscription for partner and with subscription for visitors ?

We have needed this for our site and it is important.

I think you probably meant to put this in the Links SQL forum rather than the Gossamer Mail one?

In any case, it would take some custom work to get link additions to work in the fashion you've laid out, where there are different ways of handling different types of users, but yes, it is possible.
