How is the Postgres support in the current release? I read somewhere that the next version is more database independent. Postgresql is my preference over mysql as long as such a switch doesn't cause headaches.

Hi,
Sorry about the late reply on this, must have missed it.
MySQL is definately the database of choice, although we have made a lot of improvements in Postgres and MS SQL support. Version 2.1.0 that is due out pretty soon will be your best bet for Postgres.
