Can one use LinksSql as a User's webhosting Interface/Control Panal ?

Do you mean allow a user to install Links SQL from within a control panel, or actually use Links SQL as a control panel. If you mean the latter, can you explain a bit more how you would see it working?

FYI there are a host of commercial hsoting control panels available of the shelf. The selection would depend whether you would/would not operate through a reseller netwrk as far as hosting business is concerned. However, if u can install and are looking for open source stuff you can try:

webmin+usermin+virtualmin combination from the webmin site.
