Every time i try to access it from IE it does not display the frames.. But then, when i try admin.cgi?display=body it shows the body, but it does not show in the frames when i try admin.cgi... please help me out, im going crazy! I have done everything right..

What version of IE are you using? Have you enabled Javascript in your browser?
