Goto Setup > Paths and there is an option for the PHP URL ;)

I was not trying to put page.php outside of cgi-bin, but trying to get php files work inside cgi-bin!!

I don't know how you would actually do it, but you most likely need to be the administrator of your server to have access to such things. In other words, if you have to ask how to do it, you don't have access to do so. ;)

I actually did this before in the first place as i recall, i think'll have to change something int eh httpd.conf, but however forgot what i suppose to change, but i do have access to it:)
