It is identical to the cgi version except you see page.php in your location bar.

Once released it will be exactly the same (bar the difference you mentioned above). I think his question was whether you can see that version of Links, which includes new functionality like the reviews, somewhere - and the answer is, no. I don't think there's a demo up. I could be wrong though.

I just assumed he was talking specifically about the php demo due to the subject line.
