Hi all,

Just installed LinksSQL and totally have that warm fuzzy feeling from all of the potential with this program!!!

I'm having one problem though -- I'm not able to connect to the GT plugin database. I've only found one other reference to this problem and no solutions. I'm pretty sure that it is a Firewall issue. I'm wondering if anybody out there working in the LINUX/UNIX world could suggest where and /or how to direct my IT guy to solve this issue. I want to approach him with some "ammo".

What is the error you are getting?

You also need to make sure that you have entered your license number in "Setup->Miscellaneous".

I get the following error just above the list plugins button:

Unable to contact Gossamer Threads. Please try again later.

Also, I've entered my registration number.

I got this worked out. IT guy had turned off all DNS services on our server.

30 second fix.
