subcategory not showing?

subcategory not showing?
I have added Mels plugin... but something is not right. It is listing my sub categories.. for all the categories... but not the first one...



anyone else have this happen?

Is Mel around?

I believe it was an error on my part and I did not add the SUB1 in the proper place as it is stated in the directions.
