something small. (dead link). steps to repeat (in demo)

I set my self up as an editor (padders)
View the links in my category
Click on edit on one of the links
Click edit on the link owner name. URL example:
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/perl/links-sql2/db.cgi?db=Users&do=modify_form&modify=1&1-Username=admin

and i get a blank page.

i know small but still it is there.
