I get an server error after submission of a recomendation

I checked the error log and it says:

[Fri Jun 29 06:38:56 2001] [error] [client 140.123.101.12] File does not exist: /opt/guide/www.ridesworld.com/HTML/robots.txt

????? what do I wrong I checked the permissions of all files and that's correct.

It worked in former Links-SQL versions.

That wasn't the error. You were hit by a robot or robot wanna be during the time it took you to look.
