I've researched my problem pretty hard, and while I've seen it asked a few times I haven't seen any definitive answers.

I have Setup Options > Search Options > build_search_gb = "yes"
(Determines whether to display and group your search results by category.).

I have a category called "web" and a series of subcateories under that of years. For example:

web/1999
web/2000
web/2001
etc.

When I do a search, the category "groups" are ordered oldest first. (I'm not sure if this is alphabetically ascending or what, but I'm sure it must be controllable). For example, the display reads:

Links:

web:1999
link
link
link
etc.
web:2000
link
link
link
etc
web:2001
etc

What I want to do is controll the order of the "category groups." Specifically, in this case, I would like to order them by newest first. For example:

web:2003
web:2002
web:2001
etc.

I have messed around with so many settings and I've gotten NOWHERE! Now I'm totally frustrated and lost.

Does anybody out there have the simple answer?

Does anybody have any ideas here? Seems like it should be fairly easy to do -- but for some reason I'm getting nothing but DEAD ENDS!!
