Okay, I do automatic backups each build. That is backups of the data, correct? So if something happens, I can restore from those data backups, correct?

Hi,
Yes, it contains backups of your tables that you can restore in Datbase->Import Export->Restore from Backup.
Cheers,

I'd suggest moving some of those backups off-line :)
If you are on your own server, maybe set a cron job to email a compressed file to you once a week so you don't forget. You might be annoyed at downloading it, but if disaster strikes, you'll have it.
You don't appreciate backups, until they aren't there .
