I am setting up new links sql from scratch. I am reading the readme file, do I need to set the public_html to 777 or that's just before the installation? Right now is 750. and cgi-bin is 755. Thanks.

Hi,
Almost hosting now let your account run as web user for your site and your account has right permisson on these directories. So just install it!

Yeah, Dat is correct. It should just install on its own.
If it doesn't, you will get shown error messages (nice and detailed ), so you can get the permissions set correctly on the folder(s) that are causing the problem.
