problem with building backup in LinksSQL 2.1 beta 3

hello,

I have a problem with nph-build.cgi with building backup, he gives the following message:

Unable to open backup/ for writing: Is a directory at nph-build.cgi line 302.


(backup folder is chmod 777)

I had the exact same error. I gave up and downgraded. I hope you find an answer. At least I'm not on a live site. E

I think the error came from the digfferent code of Links.pm & Config.pm
This is necessary for the Community, but I decided to use the Config & Links.pm from beta 2.

I hope that the problem is solved when the final version released.

Well i have the same problem, looks like a bug:)

Alex can u post a fix for it?

BTW: u can set backup off in menu/setup so u can work with it till the fix is released..

The problem is with the import module S2BK.pm
Overwrite it with the older version and your problem solved.

I will investigate which part of the code is doing wrong.

Maybe u can send the fix to Alex, or tell him private so they can fix it for the final release... ?
