Hello all,

When i try to download a plug-in from GS i get:
Error: Your registration number is missing or invalid

I check the reg. number and copy and paste it to make sure i had a good reg. number, but still i can not download the plug-in (search logger).

Any have a idea what the problem is ?

Make sure you are using your registration number, not your access ID or password.

I was able to install the plugins today several times with my existing number.

What's the difference and where is the registration number at? I checked my e-mail from when I purchased LinksSQL, no number, just password????

Can't never could do nothing till he whupped old couldn't till he could...

It was in the original invoice email not the udpate emails.
