Any workaround, after validating new links, have a option to build only new added (verified) links. Instead of rebuilding all changes or staggering. So, for example I validated link ID 200, & have turned on Detailed pages. I could after that just click on & build these newly added links detail pages.

The closest you'll get to doing this is using build changed (unless you write custom code to do it). I don't foresee us adding such a feature as 1) it's not something most people want and 2) build changed is sufficient for this most of the time.
