On my site newsletter_enabled is set for Yes, but users are not receiving any emails from the system informing them about new additions to the site. All other emails notifications from the site are working fine.
What could be the problem? How does the newsletter work? Does it use Cronjob? If yes when does it run?
I would appreciate if someone could explain it.
