The way I would get google to index more pages, is to 'interlink' the pages... i.e they are in /World, but you have a link on that page to /World/Europe/UK/Sussex/West Susex/Horsham , then in theory it *shoud* index this page, whereas it wouldn't do normally.
I'm just guessing here. If you wanna talk about SEO, NeedScripts.com knows his stuff :)
