On my main page all my categories come up with the number of links and NEW ( if new) beside them. Can I get ride of the number so only the name of the cat shows up? and how? any help appreciated
I believe what you're looking for is the subcategory.html template, just remove the relevant "number of links" bit. However, this template is used for ALL pages where subcategories are displayed, not just the home page.
