I'm looking to increasing the span count from 15 to 30 on the cool pages in links sql, does anyone know how to do this?

I think you can change that in the Setup->Build option in admin panel at link per page "box"

thats not what i'm tring to do. I would like for all the cool pages to be listed on all the pages... so if the pages span to 30 pages i would like to show pages 1- 30 on every page

Hi,
I see what you mean. In this case, I think we should create a plugin to hook into the build_toolbar function and custimzie the building as what you want.

maybe... I thought there might just be a simple way (unless the plugin is simple) I just wanted for all the pages to get indexed better.

If you want to create it with yourselft, there is documentation in the help page in admin panel. other wise, I can create that one for you.
