This is wrt rewrutten url which has the title in url.
Now the observation on google

say searching Travel Agents

the boldening of the words in url happens like this (on Google):

Travel_Agents
Travel_agents
travel_Agents

If case of the words in url are having any effect ten why not (and how exactly) to change the Title in url to all lowercase, if that could have any effect on ranking. Remeber that it is a rewritten url (yogi's rewrite rule or something, can't reall which one we used)
