format text in Linkactions
on my site I use this to highlight text 'red + bold'

<span class="stylerb"><strong>FREE</strong></span>

I would like to use this to format the text "Submitted by" within the linkactions area of link.html

Only the text 'Submitted by'

How can I do that?
