foreign key error!!

foreign key error!!
After changing the "user_valid_email" to "no" in User Options, every link added get the "LinkOwner breaks foreign key relation with the Users table" error message.

I have empted the database of data re-synced the tables but still this persists!

Thanks for any advice.

I get the same error below every time I try to add a link and I have not messed with anything.

Links: Add Record Failed
LinkOwner breaks foreign key relation with the Links_Users table.

Did you add at admin-panel?

If yes, you should go to "add user", and add the admin to the user as an administrator.

This should work
