I would like to display all categories and subcategories on one page with the following format:

Head Cat1
Subcat1 subcat2 subcat3
Subcat4 subcat5 subcat6
Subcat7 subcat8 subcat9

Headcat2
Subcat1 subcat2 subcat3
Subcat4 subcat5 subcat6
Subcat7 subcat8 subcat9

I am not particular on the order of the subcat order. This would also be acceptable:
Sub1 sub4 sub7
Sub2 sub5 sub8
Sub3 sub6 sub9

The number of subcategories will be different for each main category.

How would one procede? Any ideas?
