Is it possible for Editors to do "Build All" for own directory or entire site?

There is no build all for editors, they can see their results dynamically.
I do not recommend this.
See my reasons below:
1: if you have a large amount of editors who build their directories at the same time, your server load could be too high.
2: for better performance, the build should be done from shell, would you give your editors shell access???
3: when you add a cron job too build the changes each night, the editors can see their live changes tomorrow.

Is it possible for you to tell me how to set a cron job for auto building the entire directory once a day? since i am not expert in the field.

You can sometimes setup cronjobs via your sites admin panel (not your LSQL admin panel), or you could try my Cron_Manager plugin;
