This could be an idea for Alex or Pugdog for the next release of Links-SQL.
What about to create a badlink reporting tool standard in links-SQL with the option for an editor that can delete links also can view reports of eventually dead links in that category.

It actually shouldn't be too hard to have the bad link plug in check to see if there is an editor for that category, and send them mail.

What would be better is a built in "board" of things to do.

Again, this requires management tools for the review and multiple file uploads. These "side" projects will be much easier once the main routines exist for adding "comments" to a link (basics of a forum, reviews, ratings, bad link reporting, etc, etc).
