Hi:

OK, I cannot figure this one out...

In link.html, i have the path to rate something:

<a href="<%db_cgi_url%>/rate.cgi?ID=<%ID%>">Rate It</a>

and yet when you click on it, you get:

http://www.toon.com/web/page.cgi?g=rate.cgi&ID=XX

Why is Page.cgi still hanging out?
