When adding an enum column with Yes/No properites, how do I add the ability to set those in User Add / modify site

You'll have to do that by hand.
File to modify is include_form.html in your /admin/templates/default folder
Copy all your modified files to /admin/templates/default/local folder, that way you won't lose your changes if you update LSQL to a new version
