Add Columns in the tables....

Then edit your template files...

Are there any detailed instructions on adding fields for LinksSQL 2? i.e. What do the various column properties mean such as "Form Names", "Not Null", etc.?

I thought somewhere I saw more detailed instructions, but cannot find them now. (I just purchased license this week...)

Use the MySQLMan app that comes with Links SQL...there is an option in the admin.cgi for adding columns in tables...under Manage Tables...also, there are a few FAQs in the Links SQL FAQ web site, linked in the Resources section that addresses this issue...and also there are other Threads in this forum that address this issue....search for add columns.
