add.cgi -> 500 Error when categories not as list
Using Version 2.0.2
I get a 500 error when adding resources - only when the build-option
"db_gen_category_list" is set to "No"

Since I will use more than 70 categories I want this to be turned off.

Thanks in advance,
Lars

My upgrade didn't solve my problem. Anyone else has the same problem and any solution?

Using Version 2.0.3 the same problem.

Lars or Yanz do you have a cobalt server?

I have no plugins installed and i did not change anything (only nph_headers=no). The only thing I have is an extra table in links (but already synchronized).

PLEASE HELP!

Yanz it would be great if you could give Alex shell access! He has already gave me that option to find the problem but right now I can't give him shell access.

Look at: http://www.gossamer-threads.com/perl/forum/showflat.pl?Cat=&Board=LSQLNG&Number=128867&page=&view=&sb=&vc=1

Hi, have you solved your problem? I found my problme was caused by the database. After upgrading to 203, I found 3 tables were missing. They were Links_score_list, Link_word_list and Sessions. I created these 3 tables using sql monitor (first dumping the create table sql commands from my local installation). Then my problem dispeared. Also you can turn off the send email options off under email options menu, then try adding url to see if it works, this may pinpoint some problem.

Good luck.
