I guess I'll never learn :) I had problems with 1.12 that required Alex to fix to get it installed correctly. But situation is this. Set up Windows NT for a test load of NG.
Ran the install.cgi and it went fine
goto run the setup.cgi and the browser just hangs and then I get a DNS error after a few minutes.

Any clues? I've slackened all the permissions o n the cgi-bin to be sure all the files can be written too if necessary. Will be running MS-SQL but thats not even the issue yet, I cant get to the input screen :)

Let me clarify - the setup.cgi does give me the initial screeen telling what info I will need (and I have ;) - its after press Next that it fails.
