Whenever I try to access my admin.cgi, I get the following error in the top frame where the navigation should be:

"Undefined subroutine &main::fatal called at /home/sites/site1/web/cgi-bin/links/admin/admin.cgi line 44."

Yet when I hit reload, the nav bar loads.

Any idea what might be wrong and how to fix it? It isn't exactly high priority, but it is an annoyance.
