how can i add these cool graphics to my site:

Visitor Ratings:

so when someone visits my site and checks out a link, they can see a graphic rating system to see how hot the link has been rated by other vistors. kinda like the five star system.

any suggestions would be appreciated,

Check this out. There are numerous ideas here for globals and if I remember correctly there are ones for images used in ratings. Some customization may be needed but you will get the idea I am sure.
