but how tdo i link to the Edit review page? and on which template should I place the link?

You should find some HTML in link.html that refers to the Review option...

The edit review page is displayed when a user want to write a second review for a link. They are then asked whether they want to edit the existing review or to cancel. If they want to edit, they see the edit review template.

There's no need to link to this, it will be displayed automatically in the situation discribed above.
