just upgrade my second site to 2.1, but the Validate Reviews option in the QuickLinks menu is missing ? any ideas on how to fix that, please..

Just add this link to the list:
admin.cgi?do=page&page=tools_validate_reviews.html
You can do this by clicking on the "manage" link, and then adding it on the form that's shown.
