Hello to all
I have tried searching for posts on this topic with limited success, so here goes....
I would like to use SSL to encrypt personal data keyed into Links SQL as part of the add.cgi process.
For example, my site is accessible under the domain name www.mywebsite.com. As a sub-domain I could use www.secure.mywebsite.com. According to my host, once the sub-domain has been set, I only need to integrate the link below into my code at the start of the add.cgi process i.e. instead of entering www.secure.mywebsite.com, I specify the crypted connection:
https://sslrelay.com/secure.mywebsite.com
Is this easy to do, and if so, how may files need to be amended?
Any advice much appreciated
