My visitor will come to my site to search things by 2 languages, one is Chinese and one is English. My site is Chinese oriented but I hope my visitor can search by English for the category. The thing I am now to do is add both Chinese and English name for a category. Is there any means that my visitor can use English search keywords for the category but only show the Chinese category name in the search result page.

You could add a new column to your category table using the table eidtor and enter the translated category name, then you can insert the new column name as a tag into link.html
