Hello,
on which point so called "What's Cool" area is generated?
I thought that there was link clicks count important, but I am wrong.

Is it possible to create, for example, 100 top sites by link clicks count?

Hi,

on the admin page go to 'setup' - 'build options'.
set the value for 'build_pop_cutoff' to the number of links you want to be listed as top sites (in your case '100' - the default is 0.02 I think)

The question is - on which criteria these 100 sites are build? On maximum clicks or something else? I don't understand...

Yes,
It is based on the number of hits each resource received, i.e. it is a list of the most popular sites.
