Is it possible to add <%Contact_Name%> to the email-add.txt/email-del.txt templates so that when you reject/accept submissions the email says "To Paul" or something?

I tried adding it and it just says Unknown Tag 'Contact_Name'

I resorted to using a global with value "Webmaster", so all emails say "To Webmaster"
