Is there a way to call to the style sheet when I use variables like <%title_linked%>? when I use it now, the anchor has no "class" definition. it is just a strait anchor tag. Thanks...

Unfortunately, that's in the code. You would need to look at:
sub build_title_linked()
inside Links/Build.pm.
