Strange problem with sending out emails

I'm trying to send out emails to selected links.

I choose as criteria, ID number larger than 1 and then certain categories.

It takes me to the page where I compose the email and it shows me how many email addresses came up in the search. Say, 132 emails.

This email has been selected to go to 132 addresses.

I compose the email and hit the button. It then shows me the details of the mailing -

Why only two email addresses? Where did the other 130 email addresses go to?

Weird. Did you try clicking the 'Start Mailing' link, to see if it did actually send to just 2 users?

No - I didn't want to mess up any list so I didn't. But I did click on the link and it showed only 2 emails there.

How large is your database? Is it possible to go through, and see how many links it should be sent to? (i.e if the 132 is accurate)

The DB has over 2600 listings - but the 132 figure looks genuine enough. It definitely should be more than 100 links for the categories I chose. I tried choosing even more categories and again same thing - it shows over 200 links found in the search and when it comes to sending the emails out, the list suddenly becomes 2 emails. Unimpressed

May wanna try emailing Gossamer (support@gossamer-threads.com). I don't think it should be doing that.
